So this is the monthly challenge topic from the Gnomon Workshop. In this painting, I tried to capture the feeling of the battle between Thorin and Orcs.
They're fearless and get ready to fight. So I imagine the whole scene, which is happening after the dawn. Trying to express the atmosphere of the war for this painting, also fill myself into the environment.
